School Days Tickets
All Tickets are $8.00 per person, including same day ticket purchases. Tickets ordered prior to October 25th will be mailed. Tickets ordered after October 25th will be placed in Will Call to be picked up the day of the event.
Children 4 and under are admitted free.
There is no charge for parking. The Festival is an outdoor event and will operate rain or shine. The Texas Renaissance Festival will not refund ticket purchases due to inclement weather.
What is included with my admission?
Admission includes all stage entertainment, demonstrations and interactive presentations, and all Contests. All ticket orders made prior to October 25, 2013 will receive a Curriculum Guide and a Festival Map at no additional charge. Curriculum Guides will not be made available for orders picked up at Will Call or for tickets purchased at the gate. Please note that there are only a limited number of free maps provided the day of the event.
Are Games, Rides, and Food Included with Admission?
No, the food, games and rides around site are offered at lower costs than on a typical weekend but are not included with the price of admission. But we do offer coupon books that can be purchased in advance or at the gate. Note these coupons are vailid on School Days ONLY and cannot be redeemed for food on regular weekend dates.
Lunch Coupon Books are offered for a cost of $9.00 per person. The tickets entitle the holder to one entrée, one drink and one dessert and may be redeemed at any participating food vendor throughout the village. As a special bonus, these coupon books also include tickets to return to the Festival on a weekend.
Please note that the food, game, and ride vendors will not accept credit cards.
Checks and money orders should be made payable to the Texas Renaissance Festival. School Days Admission Wristbands will be issued upon receipt of final payment. Wristband orders with full payment received prior to October 25, 2013 will be delivered to the purchaser before the School Days event. Orders received with full payment after October 25, 2013 will be held for pick up at the Will Call window on the day of the event. No tickets will be held at Will Call without first receiving payment in full. School Days Admission Tickets are valid ONLY ON THE RESERVED DATE. Tickets may also be purchased at the TRF Offices or by phone Monday through Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-3 until November 1, 2013.

How much money will my students need to bring?
Students can have a fun filled day at School Days without spending any extra money, however, they may want to bring some additional money to purchase a unique craft or souvenir, or play one of the many fun games or exciting rides the festival has to offer. All items are specially priced for School Days. Please Note: No metal swords, knives or other types of weapons will be sold at School Days though toys including the wooden swords will be avaliable.
We do have a program available for schools in financial need. Each School Days Trip Scholarship is for up to 30 students. In addition, to schools in additional need, there are a limited number of Scholarships to assist in transportation and food. Educators may apply to receive assistance by filling out the School Days Scholarship Applications.
Invoice and Detailed Receipts
All School Day Ticket Orders are given a basic receipt. If you need to request a full detailed receipt for your order or if you need a pre-order invoice, please request one by contacting email@example.com. Please be sure to provide the name of the school, a complete mailing address, contact number, and the name of the person requesting.
We apologize but on-line orders are not available for School Days. Tickets may be purchased only through the TRF Offices.
